Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery

    We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once we transfer the items to the shipping carrier.
